My practice has a range of services to meet the healing needs of my clients. My approach integrates body, mind, and spirit in the healing journey. My goals are to help clients connect with their authentic selves and overcome the challenges that inhibit that connection. All of the services I offer can be tailored to meet your needs.

At this time, all services are conducted via telehealth or walking sessions.

At this time, I have limited availability for counseling sessions for adult clients. I am currently closed through the Healing Haven in Milwaukie, Oregon. I also have ongoing availability for immigration evaluations, adult autism and ADHD evaluations, spiritual counseling and hypnotherapy services.

Forthcoming: End of Life Doula for Companion Animals

Our animal companions are vital and precious parts of our lives and families. As they grow older, their needs also change to reflect the passing of time. As an EOL-Doula for companion animals, I will help you honor the life of your beloved pet, sit vigil when you need a break, and work with you to help you when its time for your beloved companion to cross the rainbow bridge.

Services include grief support, vigils, animal reiki and ritual preparation congruent with beliefs. Fees are negotiable based on services needed and ability to pay.

Pagan Spiritual Counseling and Coaching

Teletherapy services are provided through a secure HIPPA-compliant video program.

Spiritual counseling services are available after a free screening call. Group and individual sessions available.

I have a certificate in community ministry through Cherry Hill Seminary. Spiritual counseling sessions can include sessions targeted towards helping you find your heart path, finding mind/body/spirit balance, and the practice of your spirituality.

Cost per session is $150 for 60 min, $185 for 90 min

Sliding scale available for a limited number of clients

Retreats and Workshops

Stable Balance offers virtual retreats focusing on topics such as myth and folklore in healing, body image, personal growth, and spirituality. In addition to regular retreats, we offer custom options to support your family or group. Mini-retreats are charged on a sliding scale $60-$90 per person. Full day retreats are on a sliding scale of $195-$245. Retreats require registration and deposit and have a limited number of participants. For more information, please contact us.

Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy

Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy integrates trauma-centered healing with evidence-based practice. Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy reaches the core of our life experiences and helps us to find the healing power within to write new stories and take new action to change our lives. Through the trance state you will connect to the roots of your pain contributing to self-sabotaging behavior, relationship struggles, and more. Throughout the entire experience, you will be aware of the world around you. There's no suggestion; Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy works from your center and your heart, to write your story. Whether it's working through old wounds or old habits, Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy can help bring you healing in mind, body and spirit. And, no, there's no clucking like a chicken. Promise.

Hypnotherapy sessions are approximately 90 minutes. The fee is $150 per session or $500 for a package of 4. At this time, I do not bill insurance for hypnotherapy. I do offer superbills for those seeking reimbursement from their insurance.

Clinical Supervision

I provide clinical supervision for LMFT student trainees at Lewis and Clark College and licensure supervision for LMFT Associates in the State of Oregon. I am a State of Oregon Approved Supervisor Candidate and an AAMFT Supervisor Candidate. My supervisor of supervision is Dr. Pilar Hernandez-Wolfe.

Individual Supervision:

Maximum of 5 participants

$60 per group for 90 min

$45 per group for 60 min
