My practice has a range of services to meet the healing needs of my clients. My approach integrates body, mind, and spirit in the healing journey. My goals are to help clients connect with their authentic selves and overcome the challenges that inhibit that connection. All of the services I offer can be tailored to meet your needs.

At this time, all services are conducted via telehealth or walking sessions.

At this time, I have availability for counseling sessions for adult clients. I also have ongoing availability for immigration evaluations, adult autism and ADHD evaluations, spiritual counseling and hypnotherapy services. For clients interested in coaching rather than therapy, I have open availability for coaching through my coaching branch, Heart First Wellness.

Holistic Coaching

Teletherapy services are provided through a secure HIPPA-compliant video program.

Coaching services are available after a free discovery call. Group and individual sessions available.

I have a certificate in community ministry through Cherry Hill Seminary. Coaching sessions include sessions targeted towards helping you find your heart path, finding mind/body/spirit balance, and creating the career path that allows you to live well as a whole human navigating a difficult world. This service is particularly specialized to help neurodivergent therapists and individuals.

Cost per session is $200 for 60 min, $220 for 90 min

Do you wish to grow your practice? I provide clinical trainings on eating disorders and neurodiversity-affirming care as well as the intersection of these topics across populations. Trainings can be tailored to your individual practice needs.

Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy

Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy integrates trauma-centered healing with evidence-based practice. Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy reaches the core of our life experiences and helps us to find the healing power within to write new stories and take new action to change our lives. Through the trance state you will connect to the roots of your pain contributing to self-sabotaging behavior, relationship struggles, and more. Hypnotherapy sessions are approximately 60 minutes. The fee is $200 per session or $600 for a package of 4.

Clinical Supervision

I provide clinical supervision for LMFT student trainees at Lewis and Clark College and licensure supervision for LMFT Associates in the State of Oregon. I am a State of Oregon Approved Supervisor Candidate and an AAMFT Supervisor Candidate. My supervisor of supervision is Dr. Pilar Hernandez-Wolfe.

Individual Supervision:

Group Supervision:

Maximum of 5 participants

$60 per group for 90 min

$45 per group for 60 min

No Surprises Act
